The overall scope of the project covers tenant improvements to and around existing Building 8200. Improvements include but are not limited to demolition and construction of walls, floors, flooring and casework; ceiling modifications; lighting modifications; providing electrical and communication infrastructure, testing and validating of existing communication equipment prior to work start; testing and validation of existing and new communication equipment prior to  occupancy; providing power and data to classrooms and offices; incorporating Smartclassroom audio-visual equipment and infrastructure; providing new HVAC unit; integrating new HVAC systems with existing campus BMS systems, and insuring operability of all fire, life, and safety systems impacted by or associated with this work. Site work includes path of travel improvements and revisions to striping.
