Hope on Broadway is an affordable housing project financed in part by the City of Los Angeles. The project is a new ground-up 4 story building. The structure of the 1st floor is concrete and the top 3 floors are modular construction. The living units are fabricated in a factory in Southern California and assembled on site. The living units are studios with a living area of 300 sq. ft. and each living unit includes a kitchen and bathroom.
