LAEP Childcare Center
The LAEP Childcare Center project aimed to offer children aged 0 to 3 a high-quality education and wellness experience, fostering their growth and development. The project was successfully finalized in August 2023.
A total of 4 bungalows were transformed into childcare facilities.
The team demolished the bungalows and then proceeded to install, finish, and paint the new walls. Ceiling tiles and T-Bar were installed in each bungalow, and to complete the space, each bungalow was furnished.
QUALITY CONTROL TO ENSURE SUCCESS
The project required adherence to ADA requirements and childcare facility regulations mandated by the State of California, requiring routine inspections with the city to ensure compliance.
