Pierce College Digital Arts Media Improvements
Situated in Woodland Hills, California, the project at 6201 Winnetka Ave was undertaken by HMCC on behalf of the Los Angeles Community College District. The objective: to enhance existing facilities centered around Building 8200, setting a new standard for educational infrastructure.

LAEP
Located in Hawthorne, California, the project at 13928 Kornblum Ave was undertaken by HMCC on behalf of the Hawthorne School District. The objective: to enhance the functionality, safety, and aesthetics of the childcare center for the well-being and development of the children it its care. Additionally, ensuring that all components meet safety standards and regulations contributes to the overall goal of providing a high quality educational experience within a well-maintained and welcoming school environment.

YAVNEH HEBREW ACADEMY
Located in Los Angeles, California, the project at 5353 W 3rd Street was entrusted to HMCC. The objective: to repair the school to create a safe, functional, and conducive learning environment for students and faculty.
PUBLIC WORKS
CITY OF DOWNEY CIVIC THEATER & POLICE STATION
Located in Downey, California, the project at 8435 Firestone Blvd & 10911 Brookshire Avenue was entrusted to HMCC by the City of Downey. The project had a diverse range of initiatives aimed at enhancing public space and amenities throughout the community.
The Hoffman Construction Team was professional, thorough and delivered LAEP's project on time! An incredible team to work with who understood the specific needs of our organization and rose to the challenge of working within the parameters of our Funder. The Hoffman team delivered a beautifully remodeled Childcare Center for the community we serve in Hawthorne. Thank you so much!
